Amazon’s latest star signing is Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard, whose documentary biopic Make us Dream will come to its video streaming service later this month.

Here’s the trailer.

Make us Dream tells the story of Gerrard’s career, the entirety of which was spent at Liverpool. He joined the Liverpool FC Academy aged eight, and left the club 26 years later. His career included two FA Cups, three League Cups, one UEFA Cup, one FA Community Shield, one UEFA Super Cup and one unforgettable UEFA Champions League title. He was also named in the PFA Team of the Year a record eight times, though he never won the Premier League Trophy.

This documentary takes a close-up look at Gerard, including the highs and lows of his career.

It will air in cinemas on 15th November, and will then stream on Amazon Prime Video “shortly” after, though there’s no exact date yet.

It’s produced by James Gay-Rees, the Oscar- and BAFTA-winning producer of Amy, Supersonic and Senna.
