PlusNet has launched a unique 90-day satisfaction guarantee for UK consumers who want to switch from their current broadband provider.
In a massive show of faith in their service, PlusNet have just launched a 90-day satisfaction guarantee for users who want to switch from a different broadband provider. Non-PlusNet Customers who migrate to a PlusNet package can terminate their contract within 90 days without penalties.
PlusNet’s packages are offered on a rolling one-month contract basis after an initial 90-day agreement. The new guarantee is available on all of PlusNet’s consumer products and customers can take advantage of packages from £9.99 with speeds up to 8MB with UK-based 24-hour support.
Neil Armstrong, Products Director has stated, "We've introduced this simple satisfaction guarantee because we're proud and confident about our broadband service in comparison with other products on the market," – Armstrong continues, "We already offer a one-month contract which makes PlusNet a confident choice for anyone who isn't currently happy with their current provider. Also, in a pledge to its existing customers, PlusNet have launched an offer rewarding them for recommending the PlusNet service to friends. PlusNet subscribers can get a one-off payment of £25 for introducing a friend as well as monthly subscription discounts.
