Mobile broadband provider 3 is celebrating after winning the award for 'Best Mobile Tariff' at the recent Mobile Choice Awards in London.

The provider's offering ticked all the boxes for innovation, simplicity and value – areas looked at by the judges.

It was concluded that 3's mobile broadband deals were the best available on the market from any network for any service.

The news comes in the wake of YouGov's naming of 3's mobile broadband product as most reliable, best value, highest quality and best overall offering on the market.

"Congratulations to everyone who has contributed to this achievement," said the company in a statement.

In a recent development, 3 customers could also be getting more for their money after an agreement was signed between the provider and BT Wholesale to increase backhaul capacity by the linking of their base stations with faster land-line connections.
