Claranet has scooped the Best Business Fixed Broadband award at the 2009 Internet Service Providers' Association (ISPA) Awards.
The business broadband provider was presented with the highly coveted prize after judges found it to offer the best combination of value for money and contract flexibility in the market.
An awards ceremony took place at the Grosvenor Marriott Hotel in London on July 9th - O2, Vodafone, Freedom4Limited and UK Fast also received honours at the event.
Clarinet expressed delight at winning the prize, which it said recognised the broadband supplier's commitment to high levels of customer service.
Michel Robert, managing director of the internet service provider, said: "We are delighted to have won at this year's ISPA Awards, particularly in light of the record number of entries and competition in the industry.
"With a three-month testing period leading up to the awards, where our network performed flawlessly, we demonstrated we had the 'Best Business Fixed Broadband'."
On top of its business broadband deals, Claranet also provides packages for home users with speeds of up to 8Mb and monthly download limits ranging from 2GB to 30GB in addition to an unlimited service.
