In his role as TV tech guru, former-Gadget Show presenter Spencer has brought us prestigious, exclusive interviews with everyone from Bill Gates to gaming guru Will Wright. So we’re rather honoured to announce that he is our compere for the ceremony and will also be taking a light-hearted, sideways look at developments in the broadband sector over the last 12 months.
