According to Nokia Conversations, Nokia’s debut laptop will be available with the network from October 22nd. A monthly outlay of €20 (£12) per month over 24 months and a one-off charge of €249 (£160) gets you the laptop, plus an as yet unconfirmed amount of monthly usage.

Sound a bit pricey? Maybe you’re right. But it’s not too bad, considering you’re getting a cutting-edge, of-the-moment laptop with a top spec range. Not least of which are a 120GB SATA hard drive, Windows 7, an Intel Atom Z530 CPU at 1.6 GHz and an impressively large ten-inch display.

We’re now anticipating a UK release before Christmas at the latest. But as soon as we hear anything more concrete, you’ll be the first to know.
