UK internet service provider Orange has launched a new range of business mobile broadband deals.

Targeted primarily at small and medium-sized enterprises, the four new Business Everywhere options offer unlimited data allowances with a fixed monthly tariff.

The mobile broadband provider is offering its Business Everywhere 5 to 9 plan for £10 per month over a 24 month contract, enabling firms to access download speeds of 7.2Mb.

An equivalent 9 to 5 plan, for companies needing web access solely during normal working hours, is also available on the same terms.

Companies can gain an unlimited broadband package with an additional 5Mb data allowance for £15 over an 18 month contract, while at the other end of the spectrum, the Business Everywhere Lite plan offers 1GB of access anytime for £7.50 a month on a two-year deal.

Martin Lyne, Director for Small and Medium Business at Orange, said traditional working hours are changing and the firm wants its mobile broadband offering to reflect the working lives of our customers.

He added: "With Business Everywhere they'll be able to choose the plan that offers them the best value based on when they want to use their mobile broadband."

Orange is currently pursuing a merger with fellow mobile broadband provider T-Mobile, although the plan is strongly opposed by 3.

Quite good deals. But why can't consumers also get discounts when signing for mobile broadband up in bulk? If providers can offer it for businesses, then surely we should be able to get it too? Would be great for families.
