Subscribers to Virgin Media's broadband TV deals are now able to access the Film4 HD channel.
The movie service has launched exclusively on channel 429 of the broadband provider's TV platform and is free to all customers who subscribe to its M+, L and XL packages.
This addition brings the number of HD channels offered by Virgin Media to 30, a figure that is set to increase even more over the course of the year.
Film4 launched 12 years ago and now showcases the very best of British filmmaking as well as US independent movies, Hollywood blockbusters and much more.
Earlier this week, Virgin Media announced that those with its broadband TV deals will be able to access Sky Sports HD1 and HD2 from August 2nd.
People who already have access to the standard definition channels can upgrade to the better quality versions by paying an extra fee of £7 a month.
