Sky broadband bundles offering free TV box this month
Posted 24th August 2010 at 11:06am by Oliver Folkard
Sky has moved to boost the appeal of its phone, TV and broadband bundles by offering new subscribers the chance to enjoy enhanced television viewing.
The broadband provider is attempting to attract new customers by including a free Sky+ TV box to anyone subscribing before September 23rd 2010.
This means that consumers signing up for a Sky broadband package over the next month can record live television and watch content on demand.
With the package already offering up to 20Mb broadband services and unlimited evening and weekend calls to UK landlines, Sky hopes the latest incentive may encourage consumers to adopt its range of services.
Customers can select one of Sky's six entertainment packs when adopting a broadband TV bundle, and add others for the price of £1 per month each.
Meanwhile, the internet service provider says it now guarantees connection for consumers living in blocks of flats.
