Virgin Media broadband deal has three days to go
Posted 20th August 2010 at 9:51am by Oliver Folkard
Consumers considering switching broadband provider have just three days left to take advantage of Virgin Media's current promotion.
As part of its latest broadband deal, the internet service provider is dangling the carrot of two months free web services in front of new subscribers.
Households adopting the firm's 20Mb broadband services are also able to receive a free installation, enabling them to save more money.
However, the broadband deal ends on August 22nd, meaning that just three days remain to take advantage of the offer.
Earlier this week, Virgin Media took out an advert in the Metro newspaper to remark upon the high download speeds and reliability offered by its broadband packages.
The firm claimed to offer double the speeds BT, Sky and TalkTalk's rival deals are capable of at peak times.

Just run a broadband speed test. I got an upload speed of 0.37 and a download of 0.73. Hardly broadband is it? And I'm paying for a 20mbs service from Virgin Media! How can they have the nerve to criticise BT and others when they are just as bad?
