Selling Sky's broadband bundles to customers is becoming a painstaking process for staff at Phones4U, according to a recently-published report.
Mobile Today has highlighted the complaints of sales people at the mobile phone outlet, charged with signing up broadband users to Sky's range of packages.
According to the broadband internet news provider, rates of commission for selling the packages is significantly lower than those attached to Virgin Media's offers.
Also, the administrative task of calling bosses for authorisation every time a package is purchased is said to be disliked by employees.
"Staff have encountered problems with the complexity around installation and synchronising Sky's broadband and TV packages," Mobile Today added.
Sky currently has nearly two million broadband customers signed up to its services after adding 163,000 contract holders over the last quarter of 2008.
