Consumers still have time to take advantage of O2's three months' free mobile broadband deal.
The broadband provider is continuing to advertise its latest special dongle offer, which allows consumers to pay nothing for the first quarter of the year when they take out an 18-month contract.
Subscribers to the broadband deals can gain a 1GB dongle plus unlimited Wi-Fi for £10 per month – with no charge for the first three months – or a 3GB dongle for £15 per month.
A 1GB mobile broadband modem allows users to surf the internet on their laptop for roughly 40 minutes per day over the month, and send or receive 40 emails on a daily basis.
Meanwhile, a 3GB dongle supports around two hours' daily use and allows the consumer to manage 125 incoming or outgoing emails.
Earlier this month, O2 announced that subscribers to its Standard, Premium and Pro fixed broadband packages could also benefit from three months' free service at the start of their contract.
