O2 news

UK consumers have another month to get their hands on three months free broadband services with O2.

Throughout January, the internet service provider has been offering this special discount on a number of broadband packages.

And the broadband offer is set to run until February 28th 2011, giving households plenty of time to decide if this is the deal for them.

Households registering for O2's The Basics, The All Rounder and The Works broadband deals receive their first three months' internet services for free, paying only a landline fee until the fourth month of their contract.

The Basics, which has a 20GB usage allowance and costs £8.17 per month, is described as being "ideal for everyday surfing and email use".

Meanwhile, the £12.25 All Rounder package is unlimited, making it ideally suited to those looking to download music and watch TV over the internet.

O2 says The Works, which costs £20.42 per month if the subscriber also has a mobile contract with the ISP, is appropriate for movies and online gaming.
