Internet service provider TalkTalk has launched a short-term broadband offer enabling subscribers to receive six months at half price.
Consumers registering for the firm's Essentials package this week can pay just £3.49 per month for broadband plus evening and weekend calls.
In month seven, the cost of the broadband packages rises back up to £6.99 plus a line rental fee.
Free connection worth £29.99 is also included for all new subscribers, adding to the cost savings possible through the TalkTalk promotion.
However, the broadband deal is for a limited period only and will be withdrawn on Monday January 24th 2011, meaning consumers have less than seven days to take advantage.
Households registering for TalkTalk Essentials on an 18-month contract can get up to 24Mb broadband speeds, a generous 40GB usage allowance and a free wireless router.
As well as unlimited evening and weekend calls, consumers can phone other TalkTalk members for free at any time.
