TalkTalk has boosted the appeal of its entry-level broadband and home phone package by adding a £25 shopping voucher.
For the next seven days, consumers signing up for TalkTalk Essentials are entitled to a £25 Love2shop gift certificate, which can be used at more than 20,000 UK stores.
These include leading high street chains such as Argos, Boots, Debenhams and Comet.
The £25 Love2shop voucher is available to customers who purchase their broadband deal online and do not require the installation of a new telephone line.
It can be recouped by logging into TalkTalk My Account once the new broadband connection has gone live.
UK households are already able to take advantage of a nine months' half-price offer on TalkTalk Essentials, which is normally priced at £6.50 per month plus line rental.
They can pay just £3.25 for home broadband and evening and weekend calls until month ten of their one-year contract.
TalkTalk Essentials offers up to 14Mb download speeds with an unlimited usage allowance, with a free wireless broadband router and security software also thrown into the mix.
Consumers also receive a free connection worth £30, adding to the savings possible when taking out the broadband package.
As well as inclusive evening and weekend calls to UK landlines, consumers receive free voicemail services and technical support.
TalkTalk is set to withdraw the £25 Love2shop voucher offer on October 25th 2012, meaning consumers considering switching to the broadband provider need to make up their minds soon.
Households subscribing for TalkTalk Essentials are required to a pay line rental fee of £14.50 per month, however they are able to reduce this to £9.50 per month by paying in advance.
