Broadband, home phone and television provider TalkTalk has urged UK consumers to sign up for its YouView service.
The on-demand and catch-up TV service is available from other providers - including BT - but TalkTalk claims to offer the best deal for subscribers.
Tristia Clarke, Commercial Director at the broadband provider, said TalkTalk Plus TV is the "best value way to get YouView".
"It costs just £14.50 per month and includes fast, unlimited broadband and unlimited landline calls to UK landlines and a free wireless router," Ms Clarke noted.
She commented that families across Britain are enjoying TV from TalkTalk, just a few months after the service launched, and new customers are being connected at a rate of 1,000 every day.
"We have already installed our YouView set top boxes, worth £299 and made by Huawei, in more than 29,000 homes, and the feedback from early adopters has been excellent," Ms Clarke stated.
She said that, so far, every YouView installation has been carried out by a TalkTalk BrightSparks engineer.
They optimise the line for television, check the wiring and cabling in the home and show the customer how to make the most of the new service, Ms Clarke added.
"Customers get seven days of catch up TV content, more than 70 Freeview channels including some in high definition, the ability to search, pause and record live TV, and a TV gift including the best films and shows from the US and UK," she said.
Ms Clarke noted that TalkTalk customers have exclusive access to the TalkTalk Player, which lets them add premium content including all Sky Sports channels and Sky Movies channels one month at a time.
