Plusnet's television advertisements have gone down a storm with broadband consumers, it has been claimed.
Writing for the company blog, Adam Walker noted that the broadband provider has created a number of ad clips over the last two years.
"Since introducing audiences to Joe and his Yorkshire terrier, Samson, we’ve seen him encounter a number of weird and wonderful characters, including Sheffield synth-legends, Heaven 17," he noted.
The Plusnet band and Plusnet cheerleaders have also featured prominently in the firm's TV marketing, entertaining viewers during commercial breaks.
"A lot of you seem to like our move into TV advertising. In fact, so much so that some of you have been celebrating in your own unique way," Mr Walker stated.
He explained how one bride-to-be contacted Plusnet hoping to secure a copy of the brass band's version of 'Ruby' to play at her wedding.
"Others have lent their hand to a bit of video/audio remixing and we’ve even seen people’s pets getting in on the act," Mr Walker said.
