TalkTalk is giving consumers the opportunity to save even more money with its Essentials broadband deal.

Up until March 13th 2013, the broadband provider is offering a free phone line installation - or reactivation - enabling consumers to get started with internet and calls more affordably.

The offer allows consumers to save £50 on top of the existing discounts available to broadband deal subscribers, reports ISPreview.co.uk.

TalkTalk Essentials is already available for just £3.25 per month plus line rental - marking a 50 per cent discount on the normal price.

The half-price offer applies for the first nine months of all new customers' broadband deals, meaning they can save almost £30 during this period.

In addition, TalkTalk is continuing to offer a free broadband connection - worth another £30.

TalkTalk Essentials subscribers receive the fastest downloads they can receive via their line - typically up to 14Mb.

They can also take advantage of an unlimited monthly usage allowance.

Included with the entry-level broadband deal is a free wireless broadband router, which ensures users can get online on multiple devices throughout the house.

Subscribers also receive a free HomeSafe subscription, allowing them to use network-level security controls.

Evening and weekend calls to UK landlines are also included as part of the package, with an anytime calls upgrade existing for those wishing to use their landline throughout the week.

All subscribers are entitled to a ten per cent discount on the 16 telephone numbers they call most frequently.

TalkTalk Essentials customers are required to sign up on a 12-month contract. Line rental fees apply throughout this period.
