Service provider DirectSave Telecom claims to have launched the UK's"best value" broadband deal.
The firm is offering unlimited broadband and evening and weekend calls for just £1.95 per month plus line rental over the course of a 24-month contract.
Line rental is charged at £14.75 per month, however customers can receive a discount if they pay 12 months in advance.
DirectSave Telecom's Broadband Deal with Free Evening & Weekend Calls offers download speeds of up to 24Mb, although the firm says customers typically receive 14Mb.
Out of area subscribers - those who are unable to receive an ADSL2+ connection - are able to download at speeds of up to 8Mb on the firm's ADSLMax product.
If ADSLMax is not available, DirectSave Telecom can offer basic ADSL broadband - enabling customers to download at speeds of up to 2Mb.
Broadband deal subscribers can consume as much data as they like, and make free calls at off-peak times - 7pm to 7am Monday to Friday, and midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
They receive a free wireless broadband router worth £35 with the deal, but are required to pay £8.95 for postage, packaging and insurance.
Customers are also subject to a one-off £24.95 set-up fee at the start of their two-year contract.
DirectSave Telecom customers have access to 24/7 UK-based broadband support throughout the duration of their deal.
The service provider also offers non-contract broadband deals from £21.90 per month, including line rental.
Customers are able to sign up on a rolling 28-day agreement, allowing them to cancel at any point.
