Virgin Media has launched a new YouTube channel designed to help customers make the most of their broadband and other services.

In an introductory video - promoted on its Twitter feed - the broadband provider says Virgin Media Helping Hands will offer content across three categories - problem solving, tips and tricks, and product discovery.

Virgin Media has already added a number of videos to the channel, including 'Top tips for improving your broadband speed' and 'How to change the wireless channel on my Superhub'.

Other customer support videos include 'Connecting your TiVo box to your home network (using Powerline)', 'How do I check my bills online' and 'Using Virgin Media Mail on your iPad or iPhone'.

"Get help and advice to make the most of your Virgin Media products and services," the broadband provider urged.

"Why not watch our cunning tips and tricks videos or take a look at some of our product discovery videos which guarantee to get you excited about our range. And if you've got a problem, we're here to lend a helping hand - our video guides offer simple step-by-step instructions."
