Sky has unveiled eight new games that will form part of its January 2014 televised Premier League fixture schedule, with the clash between Chelsea and Manchester United arguably the pick of the bunch.
In one of the most open title races for years, the championship is still wide open, and every early season pace setter will be in action live on Sky Sports in the New Year, with current table toppers Arsenal travelling to Aston Villa on January 13th to avenge their opening day defeat, which remains their only loss in the 2013-14 campaign.

Elsewhere, resurgent Liverpool will be hoping to sustain their title challenge with victories away at Stoke City on January 12th and at home against Aston Villa in the tea-time kick-off on Saturday January 18th.
Reigning Premier League champions Manchester United have so far struggled for consistency under new boss David Moyes, but will be hoping to be in the title mix come the start of 2014, with their home clash against Swansea City set to be broadcast live on January 11th.
The Red Devils then travel to Stamford Bridge for an encounter with old foe Jose Mourinho and a Chelsea side who are slowly moving through the gears. This fixture has long been one of the tastiest in the football calendar and fans will be hoping for more of the same when the Special One welcomes the visitors on January 19th.
Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton have also enjoyed solid starts to the season, though only time will tell whether they can sustain a threat when January rolls around.
Manuel Pellegrini's men make the trip north-east to Newcastle in the early Super Sunday clash at St James' Park on January 12th and will be hoping to grab three valuable points before Liverpool kick-off against Stoke in the late fixture.
Meanwhile, Spurs will head east to Swansea on January 19th as the curtain raiser to the epic Chelsea-Man Utd clash, before Everton make the trip to the Hawthornes to round off the fixtures with a Monday Night Football encounter against West Bromwich Albion on January 20th.
