TalkTalk has become the latest UK service provider to launch a cut-price Christmas broadband deal, offering 12 months' free to new subscribers.
The promotion applies to the firm's standalone internet tariff SimplyBroadband, which offers high-speed downloads and unlimited data without inclusive landline minutes.
The package is designed to appeal to consumers who typically use a mobile - rather than their home phone - to make calls.
Ordinarily, TalkTalk SimplyBroadband is priced at £3.50 per month plus line rental, but for a limited time only, the package is available for free for one year.
Subscribers pay for any calls they want to make using their landline - with the exception of those made to other TalkTalk customers, which are free.
They also receive a free router and a £50 Love2shop voucher, which can be used to make savings at thousands of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions across the UK.
New customers are required to sign up for SimplyBroadband on an 18-month contract.
TalkTalk is set to offer 12 months' free broadband until February 19th 2015.
