game of thrones throne

Winter is coming to the Seven Kingdoms in Westeros, but not before 'Game of Thrones' comes to TalkTalk TV.

The hit HBO fantasy drama - which is based on George R.R. Martin's 'A Song of Ice and Fire' series of books - will land on the YouView-based TV service in June.

TalkTalk TV subscribers will be able to buy full series or individual episodes from seasons one to four to watch on their connected-TV service.

Viewers will be able to watch 'Game of Thrones' on their TV set, via their YouView box, or stream content to their mobile devices using TalkTalk’s TV2Go app.

Fans of the award-winning series - which follows the long-running battle for the Iron Throne at King's Landing - are currently enjoying season five, which is being screened on Sky Atlantic and Sky Atlantic HD.

But those who aren't yet acquainted with the show can now go right back to the start on TalkTalk TV. With 'Game of Thrones' available on a buy-to-keep basis, viewers can catch-up with all the action in their own time.

TalkTalk TV customers already have a range of on-demand viewing options, incorporating the firm's TV Boosts - such as the Kids Boost, Entertainment Boost and Sky Sports Boost - and other add-ons such as streaming service Netflix.

The TalkTalk Box Office service allows consumers to rent the latest and movie releases - such as 'Gone Girl' and 'The Inbetweeners 2' - and watch them in the comfort of their own homes.
