Hyperoptic has cut the price of several of its fibre broadband packages, offering speeds from 30Mbps to 1000Mbps.

Each package comes with free activation, saving subscribers a further £40 when they sign up, as well as unlimited usage, round-the-clock technical support and a wireless router.

The broadband-only 30Mbps package costs £17 a month for a year, before going up to £22 a month thereafter.

Meanwhile, the 30Mbps broadband and phone option costs £18 a month for a year, and subsequently £25 a month. A no contract option, which entitles subscribers to give 30 days' notice, costs £24 a month.

With the phone line included, the monthly fee for the first year is £28, and £38 thereafter. The no contract option costs £38 a month.

Finally, the 1Gbps broadband only option is available for £48 a month for 12 months, with the monthly fee subsequently going up to £60.
