Vodafone is now offering faster 4G mobile data connectivity and improved voice coverage to more Cardiff residents than ever before.
The provider has made a "significant investment" in its Welsh network, which means its 4G coverage is now available to more than 99 per cent of Cardiff's population.
Vodafone also noted that its network is handling an unprecedented amount of data traffic, ranging from internet browsing and social media posts to video and music streaming.
Scott Petty, Chief Technology Officer at Vodafone UK, commented: "Mobile connectivity plays a vital role in supporting the local economy and keeping communities in touch across Cardiff."
He went on to stress that his company will not let up following the recent wave of investment, as it wants to continue working with communities, the Welsh government and local politicians to "identify new sites so that our customers can enjoy our most reliable network in Wales".
