Three news

Details are emerging on a planned mega-offer set to be marketed by the Carphone Warehouse this Christmas.

The high-street chain is said to be preparing to bundle a Nokia 5310 with a laptop, as well as a pay-monthly mobile broadband contract with 3.

According to news provider Broadband Genie: "As the Nokia 5310 does not have 3G capabilities, unlimited music downloads will be available for a year, but these must be downloaded via a PC and later added to the phone's tracklisting."

No further information relating to price plans, contract length or which laptop model will be included in the package have been released as yet.

Another big-seller is set to be the Nokia 5310's sister-phone, the 5800, which will be the first handset made by the manufacturer to feature a touch-screen.
