Plusnet news

PlusNet has made a major move in the competitive fixed-line broadband market, offering landline services for just £1.99 with its broadband options.

The provider is offering its 'Home Phone' landline service for under £2 for the first three months of a contract, rising to £9.99 thereafter.

All weekend and evening calls, as well as calls made to PlusNet customers are included in the phone package.

With all of three broadband options included in the deal, subscribers can expect a free wireless four-port router, with a 2GB usage allowance and up to 8Mb download speeds.

Free overnight usage is also a feature, along with a 24-hour support team on hand to help users with any queries or problems.

"Getting your broadband and phone from the same company is simple and convenient and it could save you money," PlusNet has advised.
