Sky's offer of a free £50 Tesco gift card with several of its broadband TV deals is set to end this week.

The internet service provider has announced that customers only have until September 30th to take up the offer on a range of its packages, including its Sky HD+TV Starter, Sky World and Sky Sports bundles.

In addition, those who choose to buy those deals – which all include a free wireless router and connection speeds of up to 2Mb – also get the chance to enjoy free installation worth £30.

Other packages which the Tesco deal applies to include the Sky+TV Starter pack, although free installation is not available on this one.

Earlier this year, Sky revealed that it more than doubled its number of HD customers in the 12 months to July 30th.

To celebrate the new figures, the company also announced plans to launch the UK's first 3D channel next year.
