Consumers are being reminded by Be Broadband that the firm's half-price offer on its Value deal is coming to an end next week.

Under the terms of the 12-month deal, consumers get access to 8Mb download speeds, a 40GB monthly usage limit and a wireless router modem for £7.50 a month.

However, web users now only have until April 27th to sign up to the package, which will then revert to an offering with unlimited usage that will be priced at £13.79 a month.

According to Be, its Value package is ideal for those who are not online all the time, want broadband that is both fast and reliable, and would like the ability to download plenty of content without incurring costs.

Earlier this week, Be Broadband confirmed it is set to hold its latest social meeting with consumers in London next week.

The event is set to take place at the Old Coffee House in Soho on Wednesday (April 28th).
