The offer applies on all Virgin Media broadband bundles that team a home broadband connection with digital TV and home phone.

Under the terms of the incentive, during the initial two-months of their contract, takers will be charged only £11.99 per month for landline rental and any calls they make that are not included in the Virgin Media home phone option they select. Virgin Media will also install broadband for free, a service for which usually carries a one-off charge of £35.

To qualify for the savings, customers need to sign up online before the end of August and must be new to Virgin Media.

Designed to offer maximum flexibility, Virgin Media’s triple play broadband deals allow subscribers to choose from a range of product options to build a bundle to meet their needs.

All packages included in the promotion include a super-fast fibre optic broadband service to enable subscribers to make the most of the internet and enjoy super-fast downloads, gaming and streaming of video content.

Depending on the broadband product chosen, consumers can expect to receive a connection speed of 10Mb or 20Mb with the 'L' and 'XL' options respectively or 50Mb with the 'XXL' premium package.

A similar structure applies to Virgin Media’s phone options. The broadband provider's 'M' and 'L' products offer unlimited weekend UK landline calls and unlimited evening and weekend landline calls respectively. Alternatively, heavy home phone users are catered for with 'XL', which entitles them to unlimited UK landline calls at any time.

Finally, the 'M', 'L' and XL 'TV' products offer premium programming from the US and UK. The high end XL option includes a massive 165 channels, while M and L provide 65 and100 channels.

New shows and channels are added to Virgin Media’s TV offerings regularly. Most recently, it was announced that Katie Price has agreed to star in new shows made exclusively for the telecoms giant’s Living and Bravo channels.

Meanwhile, the 'XL' TV customers recently benefited from the addition of the Karaoke Channel at no extra charge.
