Companies subscribing to Link-Connect's broadband packages now have access to faster connection speeds, according to reports.

ISPreview.co.uk has revealed that the company is upgrading all of its business broadband customers to its ADSL2+ service, which offers speeds of up to 24Mb, free of charge.

However, the company added that access to the network is only available in areas where suitable exchange facilities are currently in use.

In addition, the ADSL2+ platform is now being offered as standard to all new customers who sign up to the firm's range of business-oriented broadband packages.

Prices for the business deals on ADSL2+ begin at £25.99 a month, while an activation fee of £65 is charged on the service.

Home broadband users who are keen to join Link-Connect can also access the platform, with prices for deals starting at £16.50 a month for a usage allowance of up to 5GB and one dynamic IP address.
