UK internet service provider (ISP) Vispa has announced the launch of a range of new 40Mb fibre-to-the-cabinet (FTTC) broadband deals.

The firm is offering home broadband packages from £25.49 per month, with limited peak and unlimited overnight usage allowances.

FTTC Home 25GB offers downloads of up to 40Mb, uploads of 10Mb, a 25GB peak usage allowance, internet security, a static IP address and a free VispaTalk VoIP line.

For £34.59 per month, the FTTC Home 50GB broadband package offers a greater usage allowance between 08:00 and midnight, while 75GB is available for £39.59 per month and 100GB for £44.59.

Adam Binks, Vispa's Commercial Director, told that the firm was excited about FTTC and its commitment to delivering the latest technology to the market place.

"We understand that customers who need the speeds available from FTTC, also need the usage allowance that complements those speeds," he stated.

"That's why our FTTC services are truly unlimited during off-peak hours."

Mr Binks said the ISP will not surprise web users with details of a fair usage policy, should they frequently download or upload data.
