Free broadband will be one of the various treats on offer as Be Broadband launches its new FreeBe Fridays promotion.

The internet service provider (ISP) has announced plans to "spice things up a bit" by offering complimentary gifts to subscribers, on a Friday of its choosing, once a month.

"Every month we'll have some goodies to give away and, as the name suggests, we’ll give them away on a Friday," the ISP said.

"It could be games, cool gadgets, free broadband... the possibilities are endless."

The ISP said that in order to take part, consumers will have to check their email alerts and the firm's Twitter feed to find out about the latest offers.

"We'll be sure to mix up the FreeBe Fridays each month so there are different ways to get your hands on prizes," Be said.

To coincide with the launch of the promotion, the firm made 200 copies of the Tropico 3 online game available to customers.

Be Broadband will soon be under new leadership, as current Managing Director Tom Williams recently announced his intention to leave the company.
