Be Broadband subscribers have been sharing their thoughts on the latest consumer tech innovations to hit the UK market.
Last month, the internet service provider (ISP) launched a new competition, offering free Gadget Show 2011 tickets to consumers who provided the most interesting takes on recent product developments.
Be Broadband customers were asked the question: "Which recent gadget or tech development do you think is the most exciting for the future of the internet and why?"
The ISP said it received some "fantastic answers", noting that the iPad 2 was particularly popular, as were cloud computing-based technologies.
Other competition entrants highlighted the benefits of OnLive, which allows video games to be streamed over a broadband connection, and HTML5, which helps transform websites into applications.
Be Broadband noted that IPTV was also seen as being a great development, while one subscriber praised "anything that acts as a bridge between the online world and the 'real' world".
The Gadget Show 2011 draws to a close on Sunday April 17th. All 80,000 tickets for this year's event sold out within 12 weeks.
