Broadband provider Eclipse Internet has been "highly commended" for its commitment to customer service, it has been reported.
The Exeter-based firm was recognised for its achievements in this area at the 2011 South West Contact Centre Forum Awards.
Eclipse's Contact Centre Manager William Lebatteux received personal praise in the Manager of the Year With Under 100 Personnel award category, reports ISPreview.co.uk.
The broadband provider said the commendation recognised its management's "huge success" in promoting consistently excellent service among the team.
"In his second year at the helm, William has achieved a huge increase in one of the most measurable results of great service: customers happy to recommend Eclipse," the firm stated.
Eclipse reported that, over the past two years, the proportion of subscribers offering service recommendations has increased from 45 per cent to 92 per cent.
Last year, the broadband provider won the Best Customer Focus award at the Best Business Awards, highlighting its commitment to ensuring consumer satisfaction.
