Broadband provider John Lewis is now offering free shopping vouchers with its range of internet and home phone packages.

The firm is offering John Lewis vouchers to be used in-store with its Standard, Unlimited and Fibre broadband deals - adding to the appeal of the service.

Households signing up for John Lewis Standard - which offers up to 16Mb download speeds and a 20GB usage allowance - are now entitled to a free £40 gift certificate.

Subscribers to the £11 per month broadband deal - plus £13.50 per month line rental - also receive evening and weekend calls, a free wireless router and PC security software.

Customers are required to sign up on a 12-month contract, while no activation fee applies.

John Lewis Unlimited is designed for households with greater data requirements - there is no monthly usage allowance with this higher-tier deal.

For £18 per month plus line rental, subscribers can download as much data as they like over the course of the month.

Again, they are entitled to inclusive off-peak calls, free activation, a free wireless broadband router and PC security software.

With this broadband deal, subscribers are entitled to a £60 John Lewis voucher - meaning they have an extra £20 to spend in store.

Households seeking super-fast broadband services can sign up for John Lewis Fibre for £25 per month plus line rental.

The premium broadband deal offers download speeds of up to 38Mb and a 100GB per month usage allowance, plus evening and weekend calls.

All the same package features are included - such as free activation and a free Wi-Fi router - while another £20 is added to the gift certificate.

This means that John Lewis Fibre customers receive an £80 gift voucher upon registering - sure to appeal to many consumers in the run-up to Christmas.
