Sky is to add 12 new channels to its Catch Up TV service, giving viewers additional flexibility as to when they watch their favourite shows.
Discovery, TLC, E!, Star, Watch, GOLD, Dave, Alibi, Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Cartoonito and Sky News will be added to the service by the end of 2013.
Catch Up TV is available as part of Sky's On Demand service, which is available to existing subscribers at no extra cost.
Viewers simply need to connect their Sky+ HD box to any broadband router in order to gain access to a host of additional content.
Sky On Demand offers programmes from BBC iPlayer, 4oD, 5 On Demand and Sky channels, giving viewers a range of options.
"The recent introduction of Sky+ HD boxes with built-in Wi-Fi means it is even easier for even more customers to access a world of entertainment when they want," Sky claims.
"Once connected to their home broadband, customers can join millions of customers who already are making the most of Sky’s On Demand service for no extra monthly cost."
The service offers the last 30 days of TV from the UK’s biggest Catch Up TV service, Sky’s latest TV box sets, and hundreds of movies from Sky Movies and Sky Store.
