BT has launched a new range of TV and broadband deals, giving consumers the chance to get their hands on a free Sainsbury's shopping voucher.

New customers taking out an ADSL broadband deal with TV services are entitled to a £50 gift certificate, while fibre-optic subscribers receive £75.

The entry-level BT television package is TV Essential + Broadband, which is priced at £10 per month plus line rental for six months, rising to £15 per month after that.

In terms of broadband services, customers can download at speeds of up to 10Mb and take advantage of a 10GB usage allowance.

Weekend calls and a free line connection are included as part of the deal.

The package offers up to 70 Freeview TV and radio channels, catch-up TV including BBC iPlayer, a free YouView+ box and access to various other premium bolt-ons.

All BT broadband subscribers have free access to BT Sport, allowing them to watch Barclays Premier League football, Aviva Premiership rugby union and more.

TV Essential + Unlimited Broadband offers all the same broadband package features, but without the usage cap.

Subscribers pay an initial £13 per month plus line rental for this broadband deal, rising to £21 per month plus line rental after six months.

Consumers have two BT fibre broadband and television packages to choose from - TV Entertainment + BT Infinity 1, and TV Entertainment + Unlimited BT Infinity 2 -  if they are seeking a £75 Sainsbury's voucher.

With the first deal, subscribers can take advantage of 38Mb download speeds, a 20GB usage allowance and weekend calls.

They receive a YouView+ box, up to 70 Freeview TV and radio channels, 20 extra TV channels, BT Sport and access to various bolt-ons.

TV Entertainment + BT Infinity 1 costs £12.50 per month plus line rental for the first six months of an 18-month contract, rising to £22 per month plus line rental thereafter.

With TV Entertainment + Unlimited BT Infinity 2, consumers have access to ultra-fast 76Mb download speeds and 19Mb upload speeds.

The TV and broadband package costs £25 per month plus line rental for three months, rising to £33 per month plus line rental thereafter.
