Virgin Media has unveiled a new app designed to improve how customers manage their accounts.
The My Virgin Media app offers subscribers a summary of their existing account and package, as well as the ability to view recent transactions and their bill balance.
Users will also be able to make credit and debit card payments via the app, as well as check their service status.
The app will also provide details of when any service issues are likely to be fixed, along with advice and answers to frequently asked questions.
My Virgin Media is available to download for free via Google Play, Android and the Apple App Store.
It is compatible with iPhone iOS 9 and up or Android 5 and up.
"My Virgin Media app is a handy sidekick for all Virgin Media customers, to help get the latest information immediately at their fingertips," Virgin Media commented.
