TalkTalk has made a number of improvements to its customer Help page in a bid to improve the consumer experience.
The broadband provider claims to have improved the helpfulness of articles, making it easier for website visitors to find what they are looking for.
In addition, it has launched new tools including Service Centre, which allows users to check their service status, and report and repair problems.
Community offers peer2peer support from other customers, while TalkTalk has introduced a "hassle-free" service for subscribers moving home.
HomeMove is free to use and the process can be completed online. Customers who update their account over the internet can gain £25 credit.
TalkTalk said "continuous testing and improving" has led to an easier layout for the Help page.
This allows users to fix problems on the go via a mobile device, or from the comfort of their own home at a time that suits, the broadband provider stated.
