Plusnet is aiming to push the message that it "can't help but be helpful" in a new marketing campaign.
The promotional drive will encompass TV, radio, newspapers and online platforms and launches today (July 18th).
The character of Plusnet Joe, played by Craig Murray, returns in this latest campaign, being as helpful to others as he ever was.
James Mahon, Director of Commercial and Marketing at Plusnet, commented: "We are excited to continue Plusnet Joe’s story with viewers in our new advert.
"Our advert shows Joe through the ages growing up where he can’t help but be helpful as he was made that way."
Mr Mahon added that Plusnet is eager to see how consumers react to its latest marketing drive.
This follows the provider's recent efforts to push the message that it offers "broadband that loves you back" - again, stressing the quality of its customer service.
